What's IAR (LKPM) ?

IAR (Investment Activity Report) / LKPM is a report regarding the development of the investment realization and the obstacles encountered by the investment which must be submitted periodically (Head Office Rule of BKPM (Investment Coordinating Board) No. 3 Year 2012).

Why Need IAR (LKPM) ?

IAR / LKPM is one of tool  in controlling the investment by the government.

Controlling is monitoring activity, guidance and oversight so that the implementation of investments in accordance with the terms of laws and regulations

Who sholud make IAR (LKPM) ?

All of the investors in Indonesia.

The investor is an individual or business entity which makes an investment which can be a a domestic investor and foreign investment.

The Investment is all kind of of investing activity by both domestic investors and foreign investors, to conduct business in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia.

When will Submission of LKPM ?

Development stage :

1. 1st Threemonths: The period from January to March (no later than 5 April)
2. 2nd Threemonth: The period from April to June (no later than July 5)
3. 3rd Threemonth: The period from July to September (no later than October 5)
4. 4th Threemonth: The period from October to December (No later than January 5 next year)

Commercial business stage (have had a business license):

1. Semiannual 1st: January to June (no later than July 5)
2. Semiannual 2nd: July-December (no later than January 5 next year)

How to Deliver LKPM (IAR) ?

LKPM (IAR) can be done with two (2) ways, namely:

1. On-line through SPIPISE
2. Manual, by downloading the form of LKPM such as below, fulfil and submit to the authorized office or through post office (for hard copy) or email (for soft copy)
